Operational Records (Vendors, Farmers, Orders, Expenses)

• Vendor and farmer details managed through the app (e.g., name, phone, address, city, state, zip, and optional profile photo)
• Order and product activity linked to assigned field operations
• Travel allowance and staff expense records submitted for business operations
